Saturday - 9/12/20 - "Matilda"
In addition to providing our community with a fun outdoor event when we need it most - we will also be raising money for a great cause and highlighting the important relief work of local businesses and community groups.
There will be a raffle going on and all proceeds of the event will go to Mentor Me Learning, a local non-profit that provides youth leadership programs. This is an opportunity to support a great cause AND to have some outdoor fun with your friends and family.
Tickets are limited due to social distancing constraints. Reserve your spot now!! Each ticket will gain access for one vehicle.
Event Entry Rules and Requirements:
- Entry gates will open at 7:00 pm. There will be no entry to movie viewing area without ticket.
- An Eventbrite Registration Ticket is required for vehicle entry.
- Space is limited please park in space directed by staff.
- LIMITED concessions will be available for purchase - hot dogs, baked goods and popcorn. No drinks will be available for purchase.
- Coolers and food permitted to bring in. Coolers must be left in vehicle and no alcohol permitted.
In order to provide the safest experience possible please abide by County Guidelines:
- Stay in your designated space. No gathering outside of your own designated & ticketed parking space will be permitted.
- Tune radio for movie sound. Consider a battery operated radio to limit car battery use.
- If needed, restrooms will be available for emergencies. It is strongly encouraged to use restrooms before event.
- When outside of your car physical distancing and wearing a face covering is required at all times.
If participants are not respecting rules and requirements of event, they will be asked to leave.
